Loving Hands Preschool

Wow, it's almost March and still plenty of winter weather coming our way!  I would like to thank our Room Moms for a great Valentine's party...it was the last party of the year!  As always, the children had a lot of fun thanks to all your planning.

This month our color is green, the shape is diamond and our number is 8.  We will be learning about letters Tt, Uu and Vv.  We will also talk about Dr. Suess, wind and kites, St. Patrick's Day and Easter!

I've been working on finishing your child's evaluations and will send them home soon.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.  Your little ones sure have come a long way since that first day back in September.  It's truly amazing to see how they have all matured and developed from toddlers to preschoolers.

Another thank you goes out to everyone for practicing their phone numbers and address with their child.  If they haven't mastered these yet, please continue working on it.  We will continue to review this information until the end of the year.

Tuesday, March 9 Lyons Photography will be at school to take your child's picture with live bunnies!  This spring background is adorable and fun for the children.  As always, purchasing spring pictures is completely optional.

Color day will be Tuesday, March 16 and of course the color is green!

Spring Break will be the week of March 29.  For the 3 year olds, school will resume on Tuesday, April 6.  Let's all hope for warmer weather by then!

I am handing out the preschool registration packet for next year.  Please turn in the registration form as soon as possible to ensure that your little one gets the class that you desire for them.
