Loving Hands Preschool

The school year is really moving along.  Miss Joyce and I have enjoyed watching your children get to know each other and become friends.  This is a great class and they all seem to get along very well with each other.  What a fun February we had with all of our parties.  Many thanks to all of our helping Moms and Dads!

Just a reminder: Spring break will begin on Tuesday, March 30 and preschool will resume on Tuesday, April 6.  Let's all hope for some nice warm weather so we can enjoy some outdoor quality time with our families.

This month we will be talking about our old friend Dr. Suess, wind and kites, and springtime.  Our color day this month is Tuesday, March 16 and of course the color is green.  We are working hard on learning our letters and will begin learning our phone numbers.

We are completing assessments for each child and will hand them out to you when they are finished.  We do not schedule conferences for our three year olds, but if you would like to touch base with us or have particular questions about your child's progress we will be happy to accommodate you.  Your children will be ready to move on to the four year old class in the fall.  They will be placed in the yellow room with us unless you request differently.  Enrollment forms will be coming home soon, please return them quickly if you are interested in a morning spot as our four year old classes fill up quickly.
